Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

Prints are made on demand in the United States, Canada or Mexico (whichever is closest to you) and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Original paintings ship insured from the studio in Mexico City by express courier, with signature on delivery.

Will I pay import duties?

Prints are produced locally in your country, so there are no customs fees. Original paintings shipped to the United States and Canada are classified as original works of art (duty free); Canadian buyers may be asked to pay local sales tax and a small brokerage fee on delivery.

What is your return policy?

Original paintings can be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition; return shipping is at the buyer's expense unless the piece arrived damaged. Prints are made to order and are exchanged only if they arrive damaged: send us photos within 72 hours of delivery and we will reprint it at no cost.

Do the works come with a certificate?

Yes. Every original and every print ships with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist, describing the work, the technique and, for prints, the edition.

How should I frame and care for a print?

Prints are sized to standard frames (for example IKEA RÖDALM in 12×16, 16×20, 20×28 and 24×36 in). Frame behind glass or acrylic, keep out of direct sunlight and away from humidity, and handle by the white border.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard and American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Prices are shown in your local currency (USD, CAD or MXN) and charged in that currency.
