These terms apply to purchases made on this website, operated by the artist Carmen Madera (Mexico City, Mexico).

Prices and payment

Prices are shown and charged in the currency of your selected country (MXN, USD or CAD). Prices for Mexico include VAT. For international orders, any import duties or taxes are the buyer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Original works

Each original painting is unique. In the rare event that a work is sold in person at the same time as online, the online order will be cancelled and fully refunded. Every original ships with a signed certificate of authenticity.

Prints and editions

Prints are reproductions of original paintings, authorized by the artist and printed on archival paper. Edition details (open or limited, signed or unsigned, edition size) are shown on each work's page before purchase. Every print ships with a certificate of authenticity.

Copyright

The purchase of an original or a print does not transfer any reproduction rights. All images and works remain © Carmen Madera.
